Meet The Artist
Chris Piascik
The delightfully weird character artwork was created by professional illustrator Chris Piascik. After starting his career as a graphic designer at award-winning studios in the Northeast (USA), Chris accidentally became an illustrator. He’s pretty happy about that. This strange transformation was a result of a daily drawing project that spanned 14 years. In addition to drawing an awful lot, he's also a SkillShare Top Teacher and a budding YouTuber.

Hovercats are led by the team at Hovercast, a venture backed interactive live streaming company. Their clients include Google, Old Spice, Audi, Donald Glover, E3, and more. They are also the developers of Planet Crossword, a multiplayer game for streamers to play with their audience on Twitch chat.
The founders Eli and Jeff previously co-directed music videos like Portugal. The Man's hit, "Feel It Still" (~350m views) and others for Foster The People, Lil Jon, and Avicii. Their creative work has been recognized with 5 Webby Awards, 2 D&AD Pencils, 6 Vimeo Staff Picks, and a Cannes Lion.
Eli has been in crypto since 2017 and is an active member of communities like Def Crypto, Treasure, Mathcastles, etc.
